FICO was established in 1952 with name FAIZI INDUSTRIES and incorporated as a private limited company in 1985. Since then FICO remains involved in manufacturing of switch gears, control gears, and distribution on protections and measuring equipment. FICO has association with group of companies, comprising M/S Climax Engineering Co. Ltd, FAIZI Brothers, Aziz Steel Mills and Aziz Electric Company. These companies are playing substantial part in development of industrial sector of the area. FICO made revolutionary developments with its wide range of well-designed and engineered distribution, protection and measuring equipment and focused its all efforts to produce highly reliable and quality products to compete compatible products being imported by users. With same considerations FICO made different contracts of technical collaboration in 1960’s with following international reputed companies:

1.M/S William Sanders of England (for manufacturing of fuse switches)

2.M/S Ottermail Switchgear (LT fuse switches, changeover, HRC fuses and fuse switches)

3.M/S English Electric Company of England (for manufacturing of 11KV switch gears)

Within short span FICO got honorable repute in concern sectors by its quality products. After achieving the honor FICO initiated manufacturing low voltage & 11KV medium voltage current transformers & potential transformers with great zeal and zest during the year 1985; by their own experience and research. The continuous struggles and aim to produce best quality products, raised high demand of FICO make LV & MV current transformers in concern sectors.

2.FICO ENGEERING CO. (PVT) LIMITED)
(Products: LV & MV Switches etc.)

3.FICO INDUSTRIES
(Products: Rewire Able Fuse Switches/ Change Overs)

All above three companies are now producing their own products with trade mark FICO but having independent board of directors. FICO HI-TECH (PVT) Ltd. further bifurcates into two independent units as under:

1.FICO HI-TECH (PVT) Ltd. manufacturing all types of low voltage current transformers, dropout cutouts and line hardware material.

1.FICO HI-TECH (PVT) Ltd. manufacturing all types of high voltage current transformers.
