MEE and Huaci Sign Distributorship Contract
Today, Pingxiang Huaci Insulators Group Co., Ltd. signed a distributorship contract with Mekong Electrical Equipment Company (MEE) at 64-66, 34th Street, Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. MEE is a unique organization of individuals linked by the pursuit of excellence in product design, manufacturing, service and distribution. Through this cooperation, the two companies will leverage their advantages and work together to develop Vietnam & Cambodia’s market. It covers the following products: medium and high voltage deadend & suspension insulators, pin type insulators, line post insulators, pin post insulators and their accessories for power transmission and distribution.
It is agreed as follows:
Whereas, the supplier is a company with extensive experience in the manufacture of insulators and their accessories, it is willing to grant to the distributor the right and license to distribute and sell the products in the territory of Vietnam and Cambodia.
And whereas, the distributor is a company engaged in and with extensive experience in the business of supplying all kinds of electrical equipment and accessories for power transmission and distribution and desires to obtain the right and license from the manufacturer to distribute and sell the products in the territories.
